We typically think of ceremonies as "group" activities...weddings, funerals, bar mitzvahs, political inaugurations, opening ceremonies, etc.

The Personal Ceremony is something we rarely think about. What is it exactly? Is it even something we need? 

Taking action toward desires and needs is how we create the experiences of our life. A personal ceremony is one way to take charge of our life and learn to manifest and celebrate all that we wish to live. 

Whether we need to let go of something, honor a transition in our life, or heal from illness or trauma, creating and engaging in a private ceremony is a tangible way to feel and engage your personal power.

In this presentation, I share information about what a personal ceremony is, why it is useful, and how to create one for yourself. I will give information about different types of ceremonies. More importantly, I will be showing how and why spontaneous improvisational ceremony is one of the most powerful tools that you can use to help heal yourself, and our planet.
