Reiki Training

I'm a Reiki Master Teacher and a professional educator with over 30 years of service in public education. I offer instruction in the following levels of Reiki:  Level 1, Level 2 , ART Level (advanced Reiki training) and Master Practitioner/Teacher Level. I teach in the Usui method, using the William Rand books from the International Center for Reiki Training. 
I have also received attunements (instruction and energy entrainment)  from several lineages (ancestral passing-on of the energy), and incorporate them all into my instruction.  I am a member of 2 professional organizations:The International Center of Reiki Training (whose code of ethics, methods and books I use) as well as The International Association of Reiki Professionals.

 "Lineage"   is the term we in Reiki use to describe the teachers who instructed us, and who passed on their own lineage. My most direct lineage is here:

• Mikao Usui  ( the Japanese man who brought Reiki into the modern era)
• Hawayo Takata (the woman who studied with Usui and brought Reiki to the US in 1938)
• Bethel Phaigh
• William Rand (currently, the best known modern Reiki practitioner. He has done more than anyone I know to help people   understand what Reiki is, it's true history,  and offer instruction manuals.
• Jim Pathfinder Ewing (Nvnehi Awatisgi)  Mississippi author of numerous books and a well-known spiritual healer.
• Tracy Crosby

I teach Reiki 1 and 2 together, usually over a 2 day span. Then after 6 months you may take ART Level, and after one year, Master Pracitioner/Teacher Level. I also offer an additional training for people who want to teach workshops and need more exact business information to open a Reiki practice for themselves.

Prices are listed below. I can teach individuals as well, in a private setting,  at an additional charge, if that is more comfortable for you. However, I always stress that more can be learned in a group environment.

If you would like to study Reiki,call me and I will let you know the next available class.  These classes fill up very fast, and there is limited space. If you have colleagues or friends who wish to take a class together, that can be arranged as well.
